Product Description

Cold Plasma Surgery System 150W Endoscopic Spine Low Temperature Ablation Unit

The Golead Cold Plasma Surgery System (CSP-150) is a low-temperature plasma unit configured for endoscopic and percutaneous spine surgery. It drives long-shaft bipolar plasma probes inside the working channel of an endoscope or through a percutaneous cannula, ablating disc, nucleus pulposus and epidural soft tissue at 40-70 C. Because plasma energy is confined to the probe tip, thermal exposure of the nerve root, dura and endplate is kept to a minimum.

Key Features

  • Low-temperature plasma for neural safety — tip temperature of roughly 40-70 C limits heat exposure near the nerve root and dura during discectomy.
  • Long-shaft probe compatibility — accepts 200-370 mm rigid probes and flexible radiofrequency probes for transforaminal, interlaminar and percutaneous approaches.
  • 1-9 ablation and 1-6 coagulation levels — precise control for annulus and nucleus work, epidural adhesion release and haemostasis.
  • Saline-cooled bipolar output — plasma ignites in conductive irrigation without argon gas, reducing clutter in the endoscopic field.
  • Impedance-based tissue feedback — live impedance display helps the surgeon judge tissue type and probe contact inside the disc space.
  • Knob and button control panel — rotary encoder with membrane keys sets ablation and coagulation levels, and a 4-position selector switch recalls discectomy, annuloplasty, foraminotomy and adhesion release settings. No touch screen: fewer parts to clean and reliable operation with wet gloves.
  • Safety interlocks — probe recognition, over-current, over-temperature and self-diagnostic error codes.

Clinical Applications

Endoscopic lumbar discectomy and nucleus pulposus resection, transforaminal and interlaminar decompression, annuloplasty, foraminotomy, epidural adhesion release and haemostasis in percutaneous spine procedures performed in spine centres and day-surgery units.

Quality Assurance

Built in an ISO 13485 certified facility. Every console passes 72-hour burn-in, power calibration, temperature rise verification, dielectric strength and leakage current testing. Shipped with CE declaration of conformity, user manual, foot switch, mains cable and trolley hardware.

FAQ

Is argon required? No. Plasma is generated in saline irrigation, so the endoscopic field stays clear without gas lines.

Which probe lengths are supported? Rigid probes from 200 mm to 370 mm and flexible RF probes, subject to connector matching.

Is it safe near the nerve root? The low tip temperature and rapid impedance feedback reduce thermal exposure, but indication and technique remain at the surgeon's judgement.

Do you provide technical training? Probe selection guides, procedure videos and remote commissioning support are included.
