The Golead Plasma Tissue Ablation System (URO-150) is a bipolar plasma platform dedicated to urological endosurgery. It drives bipolar resection loops and plasma electrodes through continuous saline irrigation, allowing transurethral resection and vaporization of prostate and bladder tissue without the risk profile of monopolar glycine irrigation. Plasma energy is concentrated at the electrode tip, so resection and coagulation happen with limited thermal penetration into the capsule, sphincter and bladder wall.

Is a separate coagulation unit needed? No. Coagulation is provided by the same console through the same electrode.
