Product Description

Cold Plasma Surgery System 120W Arthroscopic Low Temperature Ablation Console

The Golead Cold Plasma Surgery System (CAP-120) is a low-temperature plasma platform for arthroscopic joint procedures. Bipolar energy is delivered through saline at the electrode tip, forming a thin plasma layer that ablates, vaporises and coagulates soft tissue at roughly 40-70 C, well below conventional electrocautery temperatures. The result is precise capsular and synovial work with minimal thermal spread to cartilage, meniscus and healthy capsule.

Key Features

  • Low-temperature plasma output — working tip stays in the 40-70 C range, protecting chondral surfaces and capsular tissue from heat injury.
  • Saline-based bipolar operation — no distension gas and no conductive gel; plasma ignites directly in arthroscopic irrigation fluid.
  • 1-9 ablation and 1-6 coagulation levels — fine control for synovectomy, capsular release and chondroplasty in the same case.
  • Simultaneous ablation and hemostasis — bleeding is sealed during the pass, keeping arthroscopic visualisation clear and reducing pump pressure changes.
  • Full arthroscopic probe range — accepts straight, 30 degree and 90 degree plasma probes with and without suction channel.
  • Knob and button control panel — a rotary encoder and membrane keys set ablation and coagulation levels, and a 4-position selector switch recalls knee, shoulder, hip and ankle settings. No touch screen: the flat panel wipes clean and stays operable with wet gloves.
  • Safety monitoring — probe recognition, impedance tracking, over-current and over-temperature cut-off.

Clinical Applications

Arthroscopic synovectomy, meniscal and chondral debridement, chondroplasty, capsular release, labral debridement in shoulder arthroscopy, and soft tissue ablation in hip and ankle arthroscopy where low-temperature plasma protection of cartilage is required.

Quality Assurance

Assembled in an ISO 13485 certified facility. Each cold plasma surgery system passes 48-hour burn-in, power calibration, temperature rise verification, dielectric strength and leakage current testing before packing. Shipped with CE declaration of conformity, user manual, foot switch, mains cable and trolley hardware.

FAQ

Does it need argon gas? No. Plasma is generated in saline irrigation, so no gas supply or cylinder is required.

How low is the tissue temperature? The plasma layer works at roughly 40-70 C at the tip, far below conventional electrosurgical temperatures.

Can we use our current arthroscopic probes? Probes must match the console connector and rated power; compatibility is confirmed before order.

Do you offer OEM branding? Yes, panel branding, language and presets can be customised.
