Product Description

Surgical Plasma Generator 100W Low Temperature RF Ablation System

The Golead Surgical Plasma Generator (GEN-100A) is a low-temperature radiofrequency plasma surgical platform built for ENT, head and neck soft tissue procedures. It drives bipolar coblation wands to generate a controlled plasma field at the electrode tip, allowing surgeons to ablate, cut, channel and coagulate soft tissue at relatively low operating temperatures, with reduced thermal spread to adjacent structures compared with conventional high-temperature electrosurgery.

Key Features

  • Low-temperature plasma output — plasma-mediated ablation keeps the working tip cool, helping protect delicate mucosa and cartilage.
  • 9-level ablation and 6-level coagulation — surgeons can titrate energy precisely for different tissue densities and procedure stages.
  • 7-inch touch screen control — clear, glove-friendly interface with real-time power, impedance and error feedback.
  • Dual-mode foot switch — hands-free switching between ablation and coagulation without leaving the surgical field.
  • Wide wand compatibility — works with the full Golead disposable coblation wand range for ENT, arthroscopy, spine and urology.
  • Self-diagnostic safety system — continuous impedance monitoring, over-current and over-temperature protection, and automatic output cut-off on abnormal load.
  • Compact ICU/OR footprint — trolley-mount design with cable management for shared use across treatment rooms.

Compatible Wands

The generator is designed to pair with Golead disposable bipolar coblation wands, including tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy wands, turbinate wands, soft palate channeling wands, laryngeal probes and arthroscopic plasma probes. Wand compatibility is confirmed by connector type and rated power before clinical use.

Clinical Applications

Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, UPPP and soft palate channeling, turbinate reduction, laryngeal and pharyngeal lesion ablation, and other minimally invasive ENT soft tissue procedures performed in hospitals, day-surgery centers and clinics.

Quality Assurance

Each surgical plasma generator is assembled in an ISO 13485 certified facility and passes 48-hour burn-in testing, output power calibration, dielectric strength testing and safety inspection before shipment. Units are supplied with a CE declaration of conformity, user manual, foot switch assembly and power cable.

FAQ

Is the generator supplied with wands? Wands are ordered separately so that each department can select the tip geometry it needs.

Can we use third-party coblation wands? Compatibility must be verified against connector type and rated power. We recommend Golead wands for validated performance.

Do you provide OEM branding? Yes, housing color, front panel and packaging can be customized for volume orders.
